Twistle is a care plan automation company providing a mobile platform that allows healthcare organizations to build their own pathways to engage patients through multiple channels, including phone, text, native apps, and third-party apps. Through these bi-directional engagement modalities, Twistle drives quantifiable return on investment for its customers, including increases in volume, care plan adherence, provider and patient satisfaction, and improved clinical outcomes.
Twistle is headquartered in Seattle, Washington and Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Leadership
Kulmeet Singh, Co-Founder and CEO, spent the last decade in healthcare IT strategy, M&A, and product creation. Kulmeet’s passion for healthcare automation began when he founded MedRemote, a web-based software product focused on changing the economics of medical transcription by using the Internet and speech recognition. Kulmeet sold this business to ScanSoft (now Nuance) and stayed on with Nuance for four years to lead M&A efforts, helping to grow Nuance to $500M. He has degrees in Economics from the University of Chicago and in Computer Science from Columbia.
